Use Quaqua look and feel on Mac OS.

Marnen Laibow-Koserawt.FileDialog is actually working, but it would be nice to use the Swing one instead. I will be installing Quaqua when I get a chance.

But manual testing suggests that turning it off for Swinger tests will not do us any great harm.
