Upgrade ActionMailer due to security alert

See http://seclists.org/oss-sec/2013/q4/118 : there's a security alert in 3.x versions of ActionMailer.

We can't upgrade to version 3.2 until we upgrade to Rails 3.2 (which might as well happen as part of #84), but at least I can apply the workaround listed in the alert.
