Blank lines in addresses

On user list etc., extra blank lines appear when street2 field
is
blank. We should squash these.

I'm sort of reluctant to look at this till we finish extracting acts_as_addressed, but I may have to.

- Tag changed from “address, bug, display, ui” to “address, bug, display, ical, ui”
This affects iCal export too, as extra commas.
