I'm not color blind, but I misspoke as to what I was seeing in Quorum. It's that the headings are blue with the lettering of the labels barely visible. I can see them better in this screenshot than I can directly on my peecee. Thought I'd send this to you while I was in there. I haven't looked at my settings yet to see if there's something I can do inside, but you wanted to see what I was talking about:

This appears to be an IE-related CSS issue.

The problem was that IE doesn't understand color: inherit.
