Fix acts_as_addressed

Looks like the Rails 3 upgrade (#52) broke acts_as_addressed: it no longer returns a QuietNil for state.

Looks like the problem is that belongs_to :state overrides the accessor.

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
- Tag changed from “acts_as_addressed, bug, rails3” to “acts_as_addressed, bug, rails3, v0.3.1”
Done. Will be incorporated in v0.3.1.
