Remove Prawn patch for Rails 2.1

In the course of fixing #16, I applied the patch at https://prawn.lighthouseapp.com/projects/23449/tickets/2-uninitiali... to make the Prawn upgrade work with Rails 2.1. Now that we're using Rails 2.2, that patch should be removed.

You know, maybe we should just switch to wicked_pdf, since it doesn't look like Prawnto is still being maintained.
